Jaclyn owns an online art shop called Jaclyn Kane Creations and she hosts her own podcast “Dark and Enlightened,” where she has open and honest conversations with guests to shed light on dark and stigmatized topics. She lives in Mesa, AZ with her husband, Jordan, and her dogs, Pierre and Teddy. She loves creating art and content on social media, traveling, flexing her intuition in random casinos, eating tacos, and binge watching Netflix reality shows to decompress.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Arizona Eller College of Business, along with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Cochise College.

She spent 15 years at various national insurance companies working in sales, management, claims, underwriting, operations, and IT. Her ADHD unknowingly graced her with an extensive “Jac of All Trades” skill set and she always acted as a mentor or trainer at every company.

Jaclyn and Alison lost their younger brother, Marc, to a heroin overdose on November 16, 2018, which caused Jaclyn to do a massive life reevaluation. She became very passionate about advocacy and education around the topics of substance use, mental health, and harm reduction. She decided to leave the corporate world in October 2021 to pursue her passions full time.

She became the Volunteer Coordinator and Tempe Site Co-Lead in 2020 for Shot in the Dark, a syringe service program in Phoenix, AZ until 2022. She co-created and led the Family Advisory Committee for Mobilize Recovery and Partnership to End Addiction in 2022, which focused on education and advocacy for family advocates until 2024. She is still a Community Organizer with Mobilize Recovery and currently oversees the Day of Service initiative, which focuses on community service.

Jaclyn has never won an award in her adult life and in 2025, she finally won one. Actually, she won SEVEN (7) Anthem Awards with her Mobilize Recovery family for their 2024 awareness campaign, the Mobilize Recovery Across America Bus Tour. She is REALLY, REALLY proud of those awards, as it was a heroic feat for such a small team. So, best believe it gets its own mention.

Chief of Staff + Director of Whimsy
Alison Kane

Alison Kane is the Chief of Staff + Director of Whimsy at Stay Golden as well as Jaclyn’s nepo baby sister. She has been with Stay Golden for a little over a year and comes from a primarily corporate background in the investment and financial services industry. Alison has 10 years of corporate experience in a global organization, where she earned the highest direct leader and team engagement survey scores in a marketing division of over 500 employees as well.

In the survey, feedback from one of her direct reports was highlighted: “Alison is a phenomenal example of what it is to be a leader: she is helpful, respectful, supportive, and she would never ask anyone to do anything she isn’t willing to do herself/learn herself and she does everything in her power to empower us. We are treated like true professionals, and we feel safe to be ourselves.”

Outside of work, Alison enjoys not being in corporate America, not having kids, dismantling the patriarchy, crafting, makeup and skincare, collecting vinyl, reading smut, live music, and being a diehard Swiftie. She lives in Scottsdale with her partner of almost 16 years Ryan and their three naughty cats: Yancy, Vesper, and Apophis.

Director of Engagements + Espressos
Jordan Brown

Jordan is the Director of Engagements + Espressos, but he has had the privilege of being Jaclyn’s husband and personal barista for over 11 years.

Jordan joined Stay Golden in a part time capacity in November 2025 because Jaclyn finally asked someone to help her juggle the 777 things she does. He helps with the financial type things on the back end of the business that Jaclyn hates and he makes sure that Jaclyn doesn’t overcommit her time. He has nearly 20 years of corporate experience in the investment and financial services industry. He has worked for multiple global organizations and was previously in leadership and training. His day job also focuses on the back end of things, but for companies that are going out to IPO.

Outside of work, Jordan loves being at home with his wife, Jaclyn, and their two (2) dogs Pierre and Teddy. His hobbies include traveling, gambling, playing golf, watching sports, and building Legos.

We are a small, but mighty team of neurosparkly millennials.

We also happen to all be related to each other by blood or marriage, so it’s truly a family business. Expect good vibes and riffing around here.
